All items purchased as pre-orders will be processed and shipped out as soon as the items are available. Please look out for an email from us with an update when your item is shipped out.

FREE shipping is available on orders over $59.

Duties and Taxes:
Our warehouse is located in Canada, so you won't ever have to face duties and taxes.

USA & International Shipping:
At this time we only offer our products to be shipped within Canada.
RETURN POLICY
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

What items cannot be returned?
All items marked down 25% off or more are considered final sale and are ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Do you offer free returns?
No, the customer is responsible for returning their items using a local carrier and is responsible for the return shipping fees.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We offer 100% money back guarantee on all of our products if received damaged or defective. Although this doesn't happen often, we always want to make sure that you receive a perfect product. We will issue a full refund or replacement as long as you contact us within 3 days of your order delivery date. To report a damaged or defective product, kindly email us at info@sippositive.ca.
